Effective 1st March 2003 To initiate an application for Adjudication
under the Building & Construction Industry Security
of Payments Act 1999 with the Master Plumbers Association
of NSW Authorised Nominating Authority (ANA) the following
fee structure will apply:-

fee structure has been approved by the Executive Committee

*Member means current financial member of the
Master Plumbers Association of NSW.
**An Application fee of $1,500.00 will be payable by the claimant
to initiate adjudication up to 5 hours. Any time in excess
of this period will be subject to an hourly rate.
