If you are in any way dissatisfied with the training currently being provided by another RTO then you can transfer the apprentice over to M P A Training. Your apprentice will maintain credit transfer for all units of competency completed so there will be no repeating of skills already mastered. Your apprentice may transfer at any time however it is best if you contact us as soon as you are thinking about transferring so that we can map units already competed and where the apprentice can best fit in with current classes. When transferring apprentices there is a high degree of flexibility on both sides needed.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

M P A Training offers RPL for existing workers in the industry or for people from overseas without recognised qualifications. DO NOT be seduced by the brokers who offer qualifications in 5 days. Only a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) can issue qualifications.
M P A Training offers an initial assessment interview which will take up to 3 days where you can discuss the evidence of workplace experience and answer questions in a conversation with an Assessor. At the end of that a training plan will be produced for you to indicate where you need more evidence or to take with you to a training organisation to fill the skills gap. The RPL application and evaluation fee is $3,900. For any outstanding units of competency there is a fee of $550 per unit or for a full stream the fee is $1,600. All this will be discussed with your Assessor during the initial interview and development of the skills gap report and training plan.
